Return & Exchange
Items purchased can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase for store credit. To start a return, please drop us a message here with your order number. Rest assured that the team will contact you in 3 business days.
Condition of items
To be eligible for any return or exchange, the item(s) must be:
Unused in its original packaging
With all tags still attached
Without stains or odours
Unfortunately, items that do not meet the requirements outlined will be ineligible for a refund.
Refund Method
We will issue you a refund for the amount equivalent to the purchase price of the returned items in the form of store credits (valid for 6 months from the date of return). Please note that we currently do not provide any refunds via your original payment method.
Shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless in the case of defects.
All exchanges are final. Any item that is bought on sale, with return store credits or once exchanged cannot be exchanged or returned again.
Defective Items
We’re so sorry to hear that! Please drop us a message here within 2 weeks from date of receipt and we will send you another piece. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund.

Defect Description
We may ask you to provide us with photographs of the item’s defects. Should we request a return of any item(s), we will organise the return and bear all related costs.
Please note that manufacturing defects within 5cm from the stated measurements will not be considered as a defect.
